Linda is most likely the first voice you hear when calling our office. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business and handling your questions.

Introduced to the business world in 1963, she worked with of one of Rochester’s well-known entrepreneurs and Real Estate Developer, John J Petrossi. It was there where she earned all the basic fundamentals of the business world through on-the-job training. “I thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and handling several different projects at a time,” says Linda. From there, she continued with office management throughout her career. This culminated in owning and operating 3 businesses from 1975 to 1989 with her now deceased husband, Donald Cranston.

Linda was exposed to the music industry at a very young age. She was a professional dancer and continued through post-graduate school until her son was born. Linda states “…it is the beat of the music or the words, it can bring a tear to your eye or a smile to your face. It can bring back memories or make them.”

Linda joined the Ecstasy Sound administrative staff in 2001. Then semi-retired, she decided only to work part-time. From there, Linda created the nucleus in which Ecstasy Sound Entertainment now operates. Gradually over the years Linda has established herself as a very prominent part of the organization. Quite often the initial call to our office from a bride is filled with stress and anxiety. Brides find solace when dealing with Linda by way of her demeanor, kindness and experience. Her business background, passion for music and overall compassion to help others has nestled her in a comfortable position at Ecstasy Sound Entertainment Company.

“I guess you can say I have the best of both worlds, working in a field I love and for a very special person, my son. Yes, Yes, you guessed it, I am his mother…not his wife!
