“Scottie B” is one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet. Three words sum his personality: warm, inviting, and organized. Having been in the DJ industry for over 10 years, Scott attributes his deep passion as a “people person” to help him work with clients. “My love of music and wanting to be a DJ started way before when in my early High School years. I would rent equipment to DJ dances at my own school. From there I was hooked.”
While a student at Honeoye High School, Scott began working with Prevention Partners & Youth 2 Youth organization as the Disc Jockey for the dances at their conferences, which he still does to this day. “It is such a great feeling to keep a dance floor packed with middle school students for an entire evening knowing that it’s my selection of music and my ability to read the crowd that keeps them out there.”
Scott is now one of Ecstasy Sound’s most accomplished, and requested, Wedding Entertainers who enjoys the satisfaction of being a big part of making a couple’s special day, perfect. “I love being able to play a very broad range of music depending upon the guest’s interest. It gives me a chance to work a dance floor with many different genres of music.”
Scott has a broad range of interests in music that it allows him to cater to all sorts of events. “My favorite genre is Hip-hop/Dance/Club music but I also very much enjoy country, disco and 80’s music. To this day, every event I work I take it personally. If my audience has a good time then I have a good time.”
